Director - Business Intelligence

Overview

Director - Business Intelligence will set the strategic direction for the BI discipline and lead integrated responses to people-based marketing objectives.

What you'll do

• Oversee, monitor, and evaluate operational performance, including operating budget preparation and client engagement financial management support.
• Design, develop, and implement short-term and long-term business strategy and translate it into operating plans.
• Prepare and implement operating plans aligned to overall business plans to drive profitable growth.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance against corporate objectives.
• Continuously upgrade service offerings with market-oriented innovative solutions.
• Lead and engage the team to achieve business objectives.

What you'll need

• Ownership of the overall Business Intelligence discipline is required.
• Ability to liaise with other channels for integrated people-based marketing objectives is required.
