Director FP&A

Overview

Director of FP&A responsible for building CertifyOS’s forward-looking financial planning, forecasting, and operational reporting systems during a hyper-growth phase.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the C-suite and executive team using financial data to support growth strategy.
• Own the multi-year long-range model, annual budgeting process, and continuous rolling re-forecasts across SaaS/usage-based/hybrid revenue.
• Run variance analysis and monthly business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Build scenario-based financial models to stress-test business assumptions and scaling trajectories.
• Standardize and track core business metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, Magic Number).
• Prepare monthly executive dashboards, quarterly Board presentations, and key investor communications.

What you'll need

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years of pure-play FP&A and strategic finance leadership.
• Experience as a proactive strategic business partner to C-level executives focused on operational strategy and capital efficiency.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise SaaS unit economics, go-to-market mechanics, net retention, and complex multi-product modeling.
• Proven ability to leverage AI and automate FP&A processes, including implementing and optimizing modern FP&A planning platforms.
• Direct experience producing Board-level decks and managing executive stakeholders.
