Director of Solutions Architecture-India/ASEAN

Overview

Lead and scale ClickHouse’s Solutions Architecture function across India and ASEAN, combining technical leadership with customer impact and team development.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and scale the India & ASEAN Solutions Architecture team with technical standards and best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes for enterprise and commercial customers.
• Advising customers at multiple levels on solutions architecture and requirements.
• Design scalable, cloud-native solutions including architecture, migrations, workflows, and data visualization.
• Guide high-impact POCs and reference architectures to accelerate adoption.
• Provide field feedback to inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market execution.

What you'll need

• Significant experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical leadership.
• Prior people management experience.
• Background with open-source software business models and cloud-first technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical work when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills bridging business and technical solutions.
