Overview

Lead and grow multiple software engineering teams in India, overseeing delivery, engineering excellence, product quality, reliability, security, and operational effectiveness.

What you'll do

Lead, develop, and grow multiple engineering teams, managers, and technical leaders.
Deliver major product and platform initiatives with predictable execution and strong quality.
Establish engineering practices across development, testing, releases, cloud operations, reliability, security, and observability.
Monitor team goals, reliability measures, quality metrics, operational dashboards, and delivery KPIs.
Drive automation, engineering productivity, and responsible AI-assisted development.
Support architecture and technical decisions that improve scalability, resilience, maintainability, and operations.
Recruit, mentor, and retain engineering talent while developing future leaders.

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
15+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise products and platforms.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience leading managers and senior technical leaders.
Experience managing organizations of 50+ engineers across multiple teams and functions.
Experience delivering cloud-native products in AWS or other public cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and modern development practices.
Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

Experience building and operating large-scale SaaS platforms.
Experience with highly available mission-critical systems, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and site reliability.
Experience modernizing legacy platforms, cloud migration, automation, or AI-assisted development.
Working knowledge of Java, .NET, APIs, databases, and modern web technologies.
