Overview

Director - RCM Services role responsible for overseeing day-to-day AR (Accounts Receivable) operations, compliance, audits, reporting, and corrective actions.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the AR unit, including workload and staffing.
• Handle hiring, discipline, performance appraisals, training, and quality monitoring.
• Set and implement short-term and long-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs for AR.
• Plan and control AR unit budget areas including staffing costs, equipment, and operations.
• Oversee AR compliance, including education/training programs and communication of policy changes.
• Conduct and oversee AR audits and monitoring for audit accuracy and documentation adequacy.
• Run trend analyses and review claim denials/rejections; implement corrective action plans.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 10–12 years of overall AR experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing teams sized between 250 and 600 team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience generating reports using MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work continuously in night shifts.
• Regular computer work for 6–8 hours/day.
