Overview

Manager role leading application testing and quality assurance, coordinating testing strategy and managing a team of testers.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for application testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and thorough testing of applications.
• Manage a team of testers and provide direction, guidance, and training.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and escalate issues or risks impacting the testing process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in testing methodologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, or Masters - Software Engineering.
