Director, Technology Product Management

Overview

Director of Technology Product Management to own product delivery for Workplace OS, JLL next-generation workplace management platform.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workplace OS capabilities, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Create detailed product specs and acceptance criteria, including edge cases, error states, and AI output handling.
• Drive backlog prioritization and scope management to keep the team focused.
• Prototype AI-powered features and test/evaluate LLMs and agentic tools to inform build vs. buy.
• Translate business and operational pain points into precise requirements and testable hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineering, data/ML teams, design, implementation, and customer success to ship features in the field.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS, platform products, or operational technology.
• Hands-on relationship with AI tools, having built things using LLMs, agents, or AI-powered automation in the last 12 months.
• Technical fluency to read API specs, understand data schemas, and discuss system design with engineers.
• A track record of shipping product in complex organizations while navigating ambiguity and stakeholders.
• Strong written communication for specs, PRDs, executive updates, and user-facing copy.
• Comfort with fast iteration using small bets and rapid feedback loops.
