Education Architect II

Overview

Education Architect II to support technical training and learning content for the o9 Platform and related products, working with Learning Architects and instructional designers.

What you'll do

• Conduct instructor-led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants.
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated products.
• Help assess workshop training requirements and draft targeted workshop agendas.
• Enhance knowledge repositories based on learnings.
• Support rebuilding and updating course materials and answer learner queries.
• Manage workshop infrastructure to keep workshops running smoothly.
• Capture and share candidate feedback on technical/functional skills and monitor workshop feedback quarterly.

What you'll need

• Technical understanding of one or more technologies such as JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL, ML techniques, Cloud, or Big Data.
• Basic understanding of the Business Planning domain in different industries.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Education requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
