• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
• Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Work mode: Hybrid; colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with an office-based anchor day each week.
