Electrical Engineer

Overview

Electrical Engineer to provide power system consulting and engineering support using power system software and related tools across global client projects.

What you'll do

• Perform power system analysis including load flow, short circuit, motor start, and stability studies.
• Design and review electrical systems such as power distribution, industrial control, and renewable energy systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical tripping and site incidents and support technical resolution for failures.
• Provide recommendations for power system design, operation, and optimization based on study results.
• Answer customer technical queries on project reports with accurate and timely information.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and workshop outputs to clients.
• Provide training, helpdesk, and technical support to customers using ETAP software.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2–4+ years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Experience using ETAP/PSCAD/CDEGS/PSSE (or equivalent) for power system studies.
• Working knowledge of electrical power system studies (e.g., harmonic analysis, arc flash, reliability).
• Knowledge/exposure to FACT devices such as SVC, STATCOM, and active filters.
• Knowledge/exposure to on-grid battery & energy storage systems, grid integrated renewable generation, and inverters.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
