Site Engineer Electrical

Overview

Site Engineer (Electrical) to supervise and monitor electrical works for railway infrastructure construction projects, including ROB, railway bridges, rail corridors, and related activities.

What you'll do

• Supervise and monitor electrical works for railway infrastructure projects.
• Ensure electrical execution follows approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, railway authorities, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review contractor progress, verify measurements, and maintain project records and reports.
• Monitor project schedule adherence and help resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Visit project sites as required by instructions from the Authority.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution (or Diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders as a Site Engineer/Supervisor with a construction agency.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for diploma holders as a Site Engineer/Supervisor with a construction agency.
• Experience with Railway Bridge / Rail Infrastructure / ROB construction projects, or Metro rail viaduct / flyover construction projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction of Road Over Bridges (ROB) over Railway Lines.
• Experience in electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and coordination with Railway authorities.

• Location includes Bhusawal, Nagpur, Mumbai, Solapur, and Pune with site visits as required.
