Employee Benefits Claims Specialist

About the role

We're a fast-growing insurance broking firm redefining employee benefits for India's SME sector. As an EB Claims Specialist, you'll manage the complete claims lifecycle for our 300+ clients, working closely with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams to deliver seamless claim resolution and drive client retention.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end EB insurance claims from intimation through final settlement, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
• Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, surveyors, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and escalate complex cases
• Support client retention and renewals through proactive claims servicing and relationship management
• Maintain comprehensive claims documentation, MIS records, and follow-ups with all stakeholders
• Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel for claims tracking, reporting, and data analysis

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in EB insurance claims within an insurance broking environment, with exposure to the complete claims cycle (processing, settlement, and closure)
• Strong understanding of policy wordings, claims processes, and insurer coordination, preferably from Indian insurance firms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the maturity to handle pressure situations independently
• Must be based in Hyderabad and available for on-site work

Nice to have

• Experience with claim management systems or insurance software platforms
• Familiarity with TPA operations and surveyor coordination processes
