End 2 End Operations Quality Assurance

Overview

This role ensures Airbus India's operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source) comply with quality assurance requirements, standards, and internal or third-party certification and approvals defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality plan for hardware, software and services.

What you'll do

• Devise and validate the hardware, software and services control and inspection plan and ensure its proper implementation, using traditional and new methods such as virtual or augmented reality.
• Monitor conformity and attestation status.
• Be involved in handling non-conformances, including analysis of deviations and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to improving quality standards.
• Collect, analyze, visualize and interpret process and in-service performance data, using manual and automatic means, to identify early process variations.
• Take effective actions through root cause analysis to mitigate and resolve quality issues, supporting a robust PPS method application.
• Provide evidence of conformity to processes and requirements to Programme Quality Assurance to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
• In new product, process or service development, ensure lessons learnt and risk analysis are done early, relevant preventive quality standards are used, and a rigorous Development Plan (multi-functional reviews, maturity gates) is followed.
• Implement and operate prevention means such as APQP and DFMEA.
• For software development, ensure software and data integrity, and verify and validate or certify software and data in compliance with the appropriate standard for its application.
• If applicable within Procurement Quality, carry out supplier development and surveillance, support qualification of supplier manufacturing processes, and set applicable requirements to suppliers.
• If authorized, support company certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, etc.).
