ENG Project/ Program - Intern

Overview

An internship supporting project and program management for the On Prem and SaaS product delivery across Rubrik's Engineering Organisation, learning to plan, track and communicate technical programs.

What you'll do

• Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones and success metrics
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and documentation
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Create dashboards or reports to track progress and KPIs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support and other functions to prioritize, plan and deliver features and products
• Assist in communicating schedules, status and issues to stakeholders
• Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
• Collaborate with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines
• Recommend tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

What you'll need

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Minimum CGPA of 8 and above
• 2027 graduates of Circuital branches only

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to the storage domain
• Exposure to enterprise product development
