Engagement Manager – Aviation Strategy & Operations (Airlines & MRO)

Overview

Engagement Manager for aviation strategy and operations, leading day-to-day management of airline & MRO consulting projects and client engagements in India and across international markets.

What you'll do

• Manage large-scale operational and strategic consulting projects for airlines and MROs.
• Run client relationships and identify and deliver solutions using analytical techniques.
• Contribute to proposals and help shape engagements and long-term client relationships.
• Represent ICF at client meetings, conferences, and events, including presenting.
• Lead and manage the Delhi Aviation team with line management responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities from business development through project inception.

What you'll need

• Degree educated from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent strategic aviation role focused on airline operations & MRO.
• Established and relevant network within India, APAC, or Middle East aviation markets.
• Strong structured problem-solving and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable insights.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects/workstreams and proactively shaping analyses.
• Ability to present work to clients or senior management with strong written and communication skills.
• People management experience via direct reports or project-based oversight.

Details

• Location: New Delhi, India.
• Role requires extensive international travel with onsite presence outside India.
• Work involves supporting clients across India, the Middle East, and APAC.
