Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer / Technical Specialist for elevator engineering, overseeing global development work and designing customized solutions for customer needs.

What you'll do

• Develop demanding engineering concepts and solutions globally.
• Lead global engineering stakeholder activities across development projects.
• Analyze contracts and specifications to select appropriate equipment.
• Design customized solutions and components for customer requirements.
• Create drawings and engineering structures/output for solutions.
• Assess safety, codes/standards, installability, maintainability, and sustainability in designs.
• Self-check outputs and participate in colleagues’ work checking; report progress and deviations.

What you'll need

• 5+ years total experience.
• Elevator background experience (layout experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in elevator general arrangement drawings.
• Exposure to EN, SS550, and GB codes (preferable).
• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
