Engineer

Overview

Engineer responsible for ensuring that final inspection processes and documentation meet project requirements and quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Confirm pending MTC status and TPI schedule, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Review documentation to ensure it meets project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare complete certification packs, including VTC and special process reports as per the ITP.
• Facilitate TPI inspections, including logistics and coordination with assembly teams.
• Prepare and send final documentation to external and internal parties, ensuring proper filing and handover.
• Register and address any TPI punch points, taking necessary actions for resolution.

What you'll need

• BE (Mech).
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in quality management systems, inspection techniques, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with quality standards, lean and tools.
• Experience with factory acceptance testing, including hydrostatic, seat leak and functional testing.
• Knowledge of special product testing, including FE, cryogenic, flow test and gas test.
• Knowledge of NDE techniques.
• Knowledge of paint inspection and validation.
• Knowledge of product specifications, codes and standards.
• Knowledge of requirements and interpretation of customer / end user specifications.
• Knowledge of identification, traceability and marking requirements.
• Knowledge of preparing ITP and test procedures.
• Knowledge of electric and electrohydraulic actuators.
• Knowledge of hazardous area certifications.
• Knowledge of raw material manufacturing processes and material testing.
• Knowledge of design validation plan and records.
