Engineer

Overview

Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and operating robust, scalable, and secure software components. The role also contributes to technology evaluation, architecture, automation, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain software based on technical designs.
• Contribute to technology research, proof-of-concept initiatives, and service lifecycle management.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, debugging, automation, and implementation activities.
• Deliver scalable, high-performance, repeatable, and secure software components.
• Participate in disaster recovery, integration testing, regression testing, and test-script automation.
• Resolve technical issues, monitor system capacity, and follow change and incident management standards.
• Research metadata for data sources and metrics.

What you'll need

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one computer language.
• Understanding of distributed programming concepts.
• Knowledge of package solutions and package-specific programming languages.
• Ability to apply current and emerging technologies within the role's scope.
• Working knowledge of transaction codes and master data within a specific domain.
