Engineer - IT

Overview

Engineer (IT) to design and build scalable, secure enterprise applications with full-stack and API-driven development.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions across frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with UX/design teams to ensure consistent, responsive UI/UX patterns.
• Build scalable, secure REST APIs and backend services.
• Build and maintain high-performance React/Next.js applications with SSR/SEO.
• Manage deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Provide PROD support on a rotational/on-demand basis.
• Ensure high test coverage and enforce quality gates.

What you'll need

• At least 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred), React JS, and Next JS.
• Experience designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).
• Understanding of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

• Work shift: overlapping time zones with US teams on the East coast as required.
