Engineer - IT Systems Engineering

Overview

Supports IT systems by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving user and system-triggered issues. The role also supports business-critical applications and technology projects.

What you'll do

• Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve IT issues.
• Support tickets through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts.
• Monitor business-critical applications and report service issues.
• Formulate proposals for problem resolution and improvements.
• Support technology projects through successful, timely implementation.
• Coordinate resources and activities for client-specific requests.

What you'll need

• Ability to work with internal clients, external clients, IT departments, and suppliers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and triage issues to appropriate technology groups.
• Knowledge of implementation, support, and change management processes.
• Ability to maintain support documentation.

Details

• Location: Gurugram, India.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
• At least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
