Overview

Engineer – Service Desk role focused on monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring security compliance.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or system errors.
• Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new applications or updates.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – ServiceNow.
• Agile Methodology experience.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
• Strong collaboration and personal effectiveness.
• English language proficiency (Proficient – C2).
