What you'll do

• Lead market entry and expansion in the Australian public sector.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through successful deployment.
• Navigate procurement requirements, security standards, and compliance frameworks for Australian government technology adoption.
• Collaborate with policy teams to align with Australian government AI strategies and initiatives.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to product teams on public sector requirements and use cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with systems integrators and technology partners.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Australian public sector.
• Deep understanding of Australian government procurement processes and security requirements.
• Security clearances required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow new market segments.
• Strong track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
• Excellent communication skills for audiences from technical teams to senior government officials.

Details

• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
