Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Supplier Quality (Serial SQA) - M/F/D

Overview

Supplier Quality Engineer (Serial SQA) responsible for applying group quality standards and managing supplier-related issues across the serial lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Apply group standards (SQM and AQP.pp) with external suppliers.
• Manage incidents created by suppliers in the serial lifecycle.
• Control conformity of serial components supplied to and into the production site.
• Ensure initial samples and serial components are 100% capable for delivery to the APU/LINE.
• Control supplier PDCA analysis speed and relevancy until PDCA closure with communication to the APU.
• Follow up charge back with purchasing regarding component conformity across the lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Logical thinking and issue analysis skills.
• Familiarity with PDCA/FTA, 8D, and Ishikawa tools.
• Experience working in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing expectations for securization (QR: Quick Response).
• Basics in mechanics and/or electronics.
