Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations

Overview

Trust & Safety Operations Analyst role in the Operations function, focused on quality escalations, investigations, and data monitoring for market research suppliers/clients/users.

What you'll do

• Communicate and liaise with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations.
• Prepare reports and share insights from quality findings as part of quality investigations.
• Drive and/or participate in quality programs related to suppliers and clients.
• Proactively monitor and track internal data and statistics to identify and troubleshoot unusual spikes or dips in traffic.
• Provide inputs to help develop new tools and products for the quality function.
• Update product and internal documentation regularly and ideate ways to improve overall quality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the Market Research service industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in English.
• Data analysis skills to spot patterns and irregularities in data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• MS-Office proficiency, including Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, filtering/formulas) and de-duplication checks.
• Experience handling market research data checks and validation; able to manipulate large files.
