Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development

Overview

Design and develop production-ready probe, test hardware, and software solutions for mixed-signal and digital SoC devices using high-performance ATE platforms.

What you'll do

• Design probe and test solutions on ultra-flex and 93K ATE platforms.
• Develop ATE software solutions to specification.
• Contribute to DFT and BIST definition and development.
• Support silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, and correlation activities.
• Release test programs to offshore production test houses.
• Work with reliability engineers on product qualification.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 4–5 years of hands-on mixed-signal or digital test experience.
• Knowledge of ATE software development.
• Working knowledge of Teradyne Flex or 93K ATE systems.
• Knowledge of Perl or C++ programming.
• Experience with ATE high-speed digital hardware design and layout.
• Knowledge of bench equipment including oscilloscopes, VI meters, signal generators, and analyzers.
