Engineering Executive

Overview

Maintain electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting and related facility equipment for JLL’s Work Dynamics operations as an Engineering Executive.

What you'll do

• Maintain electrical equipment including HT transformers of capacity 1600 KVA, 1250 KVA D.G sets, kitchen-related equipment, 600KVA UPS, OTIS lifts, pumps, circuit breakers and other components.
• Maintain room temperature and air quality in labs, server/data center rooms, workstations and electrical equipment rooms.
• Work on HVAC equipment including air- and water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, AHUs and PACs.
• Provide suggestions on equipment lifespan and advise when components need replacement due to potential risks.
• Prepare critical spares lists for all installations based on manufacturers’ recommendations and plan inventory for maintenance carried out by in-house teams.
• Carry out pre-emptive maintenance programs to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
• Maintain fire-fighting systems including jockey, booster, sprinkler, hydrant, diesel engine and LSS-related components.
• Prepare critical spares lists for all site installations based on requirements.
• Maintain documentation including checklists, logbooks and PPM schedules for job-based activities.
• Follow safety practices while using equipment.
