Engineering Executive

Overview

Support Global Facilities Command Center operations by managing incidents, service requests, remote monitoring, work permits, and operational reporting across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Monitor, log, track, escalate, and report incidents and work orders within SLA timelines.
• Manage facilities service requests using helpdesk tools and coordinate timely closure.
• Monitor alarms, alerts, and faults across remote engineering and facilities sites.
• Coordinate weekday and weekend work permits and maintain completion documentation.
• Prepare shift logs, dashboards, histograms, incident reports, and management summaries.
• Maintain accurate operational records for audits, governance, and service reviews.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience in engineering operations, technical or facilities helpdesk, command center operations, incident management, or remote monitoring.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Working knowledge of incident management systems, helpdesk tools, and monitoring applications.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to respond calmly during critical incidents and manage multiple open tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with D365, CFS, Kode Labs, or similar operational platforms.
• Exposure to facilities operations, engineering services, building systems, or critical environment support.
• Experience in a Global Facilities Command Center or similar operations center.

Details

• On-site role in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Rotational shifts are mandatory in a 24x7 support environment.
• Six-day workweek with possible weekday days off.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
