Executive - MIS & Data Analyst

Overview

Maintain MIS, operational records, and data accuracy for Halma’s trading operations within supply chain management. Support warehouse reporting, inventory controls, freight analysis, operational tracking, and payment administration.

What you'll do

• Maintain MRP labelling activities according to operational plans and shipments.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records monthly.
• Prepare daily dispatch, weekly order, freight, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyse revenue, inventory ageing, warehouse costs, freight costs, transit delays, and turnaround times.
• Maintain import, distribution, RMA, delivery challan, and warehouse trackers.
• Support quarterly inventory audits and warehouse operations monitoring.
• Submit payment forms, share vendor UTR details, and collect monthly vendor annexures.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of relevant MIS and data analytics experience.
• B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or BBA qualification.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting systems.
• Ability to translate data into useful business information.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and process-oriented approach.
