Overview

Lead vehicle architecture, styling, and geometry engineering for upper-body lateral zones, supporting packaging development from concept through production.

What you'll do

• Lead technical convergence for body-side doors, glasses and mechanisms, and roof systems.
• Develop packaging layouts for new vehicle programs and derivatives.
• Ensure occupant space, comfort, visibility, ingress, and egress compliance.
• Resolve packaging conflicts within and across interfacing vehicle zones.
• Support design feasibility studies from concept through production.
• Collaborate with styling, manufacturing, serviceability, safety, and regulatory teams.

What you'll need

• Experience in vehicle architecture, styling, and geometry engineering.
• Knowledge of upper-body lateral vehicle zones.
• Ability to develop vehicle packaging solutions.
• Ability to manage technical convergence and resolve packaging conflicts.
• Understanding of occupant, visibility, ingress, egress, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
