Engineering Manager

Overview

Engineering Manager leading an engineering team to build and scale products used by millions of users across the region.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas to ship quickly while maintaining reliability and technical quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to convert ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents, identify root causes, and prevent repeats.
• Develop and coach engineers via feedback, coaching, performance management, and clear expectations.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping real production systems.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record taking products/systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• People leadership skills to coach engineers, manage performance, and build high-performing teams.
• Comfort reviewing designs, challenging decisions, and debugging complex production issues.
