Overview

Engineering Manager for a wealth management app, leading a team that builds and scales products used by millions of users across the region.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas, ensuring speed without sacrificing reliability and quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to convert ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Own production outcomes by monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and investigating root causes.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
• Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make architecture trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record taking systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Comfort with code/design reviews and debugging complex production issues.
• People leadership skills including coaching and performance management.
