Engineering Manager, Dedicated Integrations Team

Overview

Engineering Manager for the Dedicated Integrations Team, leading a team that builds and operates large-scale distributed systems.

What you'll do

• Enable effective execution in partnership with the team’s Product Manager.
• Ensure 3+ 9s availability of Dedicated infrastructure for scalability and tenants.
• Provide direction and feedback, and automate meaningless toil while enforcing DevOps ownership.
• Continuously improve owned artifacts to optimize platforms for self-service ownership.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop productive team members.
• Role-model incident management best practices and lead fast resolutions and escalations.
• Use a data-driven approach to prioritize, quantify impact, and manage risk and technical debt.

What you'll need

• Proven track record building and owning large-scale distributed services.
• Experience driving operational excellence for services running at 99.99% SLOs.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to boost team productivity.
• History building and managing accountable, high-performing team cultures.
• Ability to manage complex projects to completion without relying on a dedicated TPM.
• Experience leading distributed and remote teams.
• Technical depth to dive into architecture and guide technical strategy.
