Engineering Manager, Enterprise

Overview

Engineering Manager for Anthropic’s Enterprise pillar, building the systems that make Claude enterprise-ready at scale.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop engineers building enterprise-ready features and foundations for Claude.
• Own engineering execution end-to-end, including planning, prioritization, delivery quality, team health, and incident response.
• Partner with engineering teams to make platforms extensible and easy for others to adopt.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on enterprise deals, translating customer requirements into priorities.
• Shape the enterprise roadmap with product and design.
• Drive compliance and platform-readiness work required for customers, partnering with security and legal.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow engineers with direct feedback and investment in team growth.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, or admin tools.
• Ability to execute at a fast pace to meet customer expectations.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach for critical workflows.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers alongside sales and customer success.
• Skill in engineering management practices such as clear feedback, strong 1:1s, and team growth.

Details

• Annual compensation range listed: $405,000–$485,000 USD.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is offered for some roles and candidates.
