Engineering Manager - Product (Python)

Overview

Engineering Manager (Product) focused on designing and delivering next-generation AI and Generative AI platforms, bridging product vision with cloud-native engineering execution.

What you'll do

• Hire, coach, and retain software and cloud engineers.
• Translate product, data science, and client requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and drive quarterly technical roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Lead cloud architecture and design reviews for scalability, security, and performance.
• Contribute targeted PRs to improve scaffolding, Infrastructure-as-Code, and developer experience.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies under a “you build it, you run it” approach.
• Convert ambiguous requirements into actionable technical milestones with cross-functional partners.

What you'll need

• Over 8 years in software development.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing software or cloud engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python (core) or working familiarity with Node.js and React.js.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Extensive AWS experience building and launching modern SaaS products on public cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
