Overview

Engineering Manager for a stock trading app, leading a high-performing engineering team building and scaling products used by millions of users.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with speed, reliability, and technical quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to execute on ambiguous problems.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Monitor systems, resolve incidents, identify root causes, and prevent repeat issues.

What you'll need

• Strong background in software engineering with experience shipping production systems.
• Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make sound architecture trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience taking products/systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Strong people leadership for coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
