Engineering Manager for AI Payments app, leading a cross-functional engineering team building and scaling products used by millions of users across the region.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with a focus on speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into technical execution.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, identify root causes, and prevent repeat issues.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background building and shipping production systems.
• Experience leading/managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make architecture trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record taking products/systems from idea through launch and production.
• People leadership skills to coach engineers and manage performance.
