Overview

Engineering Manager for a stock trading app who leads a technical engineering team delivering products used by millions of users.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas, shipping quickly with reliability and quality.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous product problems into technical execution.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
• Monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents, identify root causes, and prevent repeat issues.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping real production systems.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
• Technical depth across backend/front-end, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Track record taking products/systems from idea through development, launch, and production.
• Strong people leadership for coaching and performance management.
