Engineering Services Coordinator

Overview

The Engineering Services Coordinator provides administrative support to departmental staff and coordinates engineering project support activities to help ensure smooth execution of the engineering project portfolio.

What you'll do

• Support project leaders with planning, coordinating, and tracking team activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Orient new employees and contractors on departmental procedures.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders to support timely communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of special projects, meetings, and departmental calendars.
• Prepare and proofread complex documents, presentations, reports, and letters.
• Maintain organizational charts and support tier meetings.
• Manage project documentation, client shipments, internal files, and project binders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of previous related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Proficiency in the English language.
