Overview

Support end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that solve problems and achieve business objectives. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management for aircraft interiors.

What you'll do

• Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions.
• Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience.
• Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to integrate cross-functional inputs into engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles related to aircraft interiors.
• Experience in configuration management and technical documentation within engineering projects.
• Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic considerations to engineering problem-solving.
• Familiarity with qualification and certification processes for aerospace components.
• Competence in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
