Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Overview

Zip is hiring an Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) to serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Zip solution suite in the DACH region.

What you'll do

• Support customer-facing conversations by conducting discovery, demonstrations, answering questions, and handling objections.
• Respond to customer requests, including follow-up questions, demos, RFx, and IT security questionnaires.
• Own responsibility for building custom demos matching customer requirements.
• Lead, scope, and partner with Post-Sales to deliver POCs.
• Partner with Sales and Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure seamless sale-to-onboarding transitions.
• Deliver customer feedback to evolve processes and products.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in a solution selling environment or a similar role.
• Experience selling to F500 clients and cross-functional decision makers, including C-level executives.
• Strong solution selling skills with pain-point-focused messaging that differentiates the solution.
• Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP space.
• Knowledge of software integration key principles, including integration platforms and APIs.
• Freuentcy in German (C1/C2 or native proficiency) for work with German-speaking customers and stakeholders across DACH region.
• Be willing and able to travel to on-sites/customer meetings.
