Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Mexico

Overview

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will unlock the full potential of the voice AI platform for enterprise customers by scaling technical solutions, supporting sales teams and improving internal processes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with product teams to make these real.

What you'll need

• Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoyment of working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• A strong technical background to help customers architect integration between the solutions and their existing solutions.
• Experience working with customers; experience in student clubs or side projects is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

Nice to have

• Preferably based in São Paulo, Brazil.

• Remote-first role that can be executed from anywhere in Mexico.
• Preference for Mexico City.
• Regular travel for customer onsites is expected.
