Senior Data Analyst - Analytics and Automation

Overview

Senior Data Analyst role focused on modernizing FP&A data use through analytics, automation, and an AI-assisted repository.

What you'll do

• Help modernize how the FP&A organization uses data, analytics, and automation.
• Work as an embedded Finance role reporting to the FP&A Director and partnering with Data Analytics/Data Engineering.
• Understand complex existing Excel workbook logic and trace it to sources.
• Design improved solutions such as rebuilt pipelines, SQL/Python replacements, and driver-based views.
• Create workflows including exception monitoring and AI-assisted tools for FP&A processes.
• Partner on building an FP&A AI repository with documentation, business logic, and workflows.

What you'll need

• Ability to query, shape, and manipulate data directly.
• Engineering mindset to build automated, repeatable workflows and dashboards.
• Experience scoping and coordinating pipeline or data-mart work with Data Engineering.
• Investigative ability to determine what insights the data indicates beyond executing a fixed report.
