Entitlement Analyst

Overview

Entitlement Analyst role supporting global sales teams with Content Authorization requests and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Process Content Authorization requests submitted by sales teams by following SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and broker partners to gather required information.
• Resolve customers’ queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Track the progress and communication status of submitted requests in the CRM.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and quality services to improve customer satisfaction.
• Suggest process and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting customers through an email ticketing system, chat, and/or phone calls.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide comprehensive information/updates to sales teams.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Ability to train new employees via training sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
