Order Processing Analyst

Overview

Order Processing Analyst to support the order lifecycle, including processing new/renewal orders and sales contract management/provisioning to meet financial and legal requirements.

What you'll do

• Process new and renewal orders.
• Validate opportunity and contact information and resolve discrepancies.
• Turn on client access and help confirm opportunities for further processing (e.g., sending invoices).
• Resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Track communication in the CRM for transparency and auditability of casework.
• Suggest process and system enhancements to improve efficiency.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting customers through email ticketing system, chat, and/or phone calls.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide comprehensive information/updates to sales teams.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Ability to execute tactically and write effectively.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with Salesforce/CRM tools (plus).
