Overview
Support Salesforce and related business applications, starting with support, configuration and user administration before growing into Salesforce development. This is an entry-level remote role on Veradigm's Business Systems team.
What you'll do
- Answer support tickets and manage user access and licenses.
- Fix data that fails to sync with Salesforce.
- Make Salesforce changes to fields, layouts and flows, which automate work without code.
- Grow into Apex, the Salesforce programming language, and Lightning Web Components.
- Learn and support any application used around Salesforce, such as Gainsight, LEAH, Gong and Outreach.
- Work with AI agents, currently Claude, to analyze, design, build, debug and troubleshoot.
- Own the output produced by AI agents within company AI usage policies.
- Have every change reviewed before production.
What you'll need
- Built something on Salesforce in an internship, co-op, academic project or personal project.
- Written code in a language such as Java, JavaScript, Python or C#.
- Ability to learn a new application on your own.
- Openness to hands-on training on any application used around Salesforce.
- Ability to explain a fix in plain words to someone outside IT.
- A degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with any of the applications above, such as Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud, LEAH or Calendly. This is a big plus.
- A Salesforce Associate, Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Progress on Trailhead, Salesforce's free learning site.
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs or integration concepts.
- Use of AI tools for coding or research.

- This is an entry-level remote role.
- Senior team members work remotely; learning occurs by video call and through review of work.
