Overview
ERP Functional Analyst I to act as a functional expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications across multiple sales, marketing, and order-related modules.
What you'll do
- Serve as a functional expert in Oracle EBS applications across Oracle Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Opportunity, and OM modules.
- Use knowledge of EBS R12 modules and related areas (inventory, order management, purchasing) for functional activities.
- Provide production support for customizations and standard applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Design and develop EBS customizations, including understanding process design and development.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test cases based on complete business flow.
- Gather requirements, explain problems to technical developers/analysts, and support code development or fixes.
What you'll need
- In-depth knowledge of EBS R12.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Opportunity, and OM modules.
- Experience in support and/or implementation and/or rollout projects in different capacities.
- End-user and business analyst interaction experience for requirements gathering and problem understanding.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple groups to coordinate functional activities.
