Executive Assistant

Overview

Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders across the organization, acting as a strategic partner and force multiplier in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

• Own and optimize complex executive calendars to allocate time to highest-priority engagements.
• Triaging inbound requests and recommend where the executive’s attention is most needed.
• Operate and scale the executive request intake flow across stakeholders with clear follow-through.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep communication seamless and proactive.
• Handle end-to-end meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Manage complex inboxes by synthesizing information and drafting responses.
• Plan and execute travel and logistics, minimizing friction and maximizing efficiency.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
• Experience supporting externally-facing leaders, preferably C-level or equivalent.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems including senior external partners.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills to triage competing demands.
• Experience managing high-volume, complex inboxes and communications.
• Track record of building and operating scalable request/workflow systems.
• Ability to draft executive-level messaging for senior stakeholders.
