Overview

Executive Assistant for the Product admin team, supporting Product Management leadership with proactive, holistic business operations and coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain complex calendars for Product Leadership.
• Book complex travel and manage team/executive-level expenses.
• Create, organize, and maintain team mailing lists, folders, and drives.
• Plan and execute team events.
• Respond to employee and guest requests by connecting people to the right resources.
• Greet executive guests and ensure guest sign-in on arrival.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in direct executive support, project management, and event planning.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders, functions, and tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with evidence of initiative and relationship-building.
• Experience implementing systems, processes, or programs to increase efficiency.
• Experience working with management, employees, vendors, and customers.
