Executive MOD Sales

Overview

Drive modernization sales business for the MOD department across Thane and Navi Mumbai, managing sales orders, customer relationships, proposals, tenders, and post-order activities.

What you'll do

• Generate enquiries and finalize modernization orders.
• Coordinate with the factory and head office to place orders and book projects on time.
• Manage materials according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with construction and finance teams for order management.
• Meet customers and consultants to assess requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, negotiation data sheets, and weekly MIS updates.
• Manage customer relationships, databases, payment collection, and post-order activities.

What you'll need

• Experience in modernization sales business.
• Ability to manage sales orders and contracts.
• Ability to support sales and marketing functions.
• Ability to prepare and submit elevator proposals and tenders.
• Ability to attend pre-bid, tender opening, and negotiation meetings.
• Ability to conduct market surveys and track competitors.
