Overview

Full-time sales role focused on VRF/VRV and light commercial HVAC products, driving dealer/channel partner relationships to grow sales in Rayalaseema.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage dealer and channel partner relationships to drive sales growth.
• Conduct business development for light commercial and VRF products in the Rayalaseema region.
• Expand the business by appointing new distributors/dealers for room air conditioners in Rayalaseema.
• Generate enquiries through influencer involvement and distributor/dealer management.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and service teams to support customer satisfaction and business expansion.
• Own the region for Hi-Wall and Cassette sales and work to increase market share.
• Achieve monthly and yearly billing targets and manage collections as per sales KRA.

What you'll need

• Experience: 5 to 10 years.
• Proven channel sales experience for HVAC products, including VRF/VRV and light commercial offerings.
• Skills in communication, customer engagement, and relationship management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with dealers, distributors, and service teams.
• Education: MBA graduate.
• Experience with HVAC design and build jobs.
• 5 to 10 years.
